Technical Defense Corporation Inc. (TD Co Inc.) is an American consulting company owned and operated by Susan Cornwell. Susan has over 25 years of experience providing research and analysis of various national defense programmatic and funding elements. Legislative Analyst with competent knowledge in the DOD/Congressional environment with strong analytical, research and communication skills.
TDCO is responsible for collection, analysis and dissemination of legislative and budgetary information pertinent to the modernization and sustainment of U.S. Air Force ICBMs for Defense Contractors Industry Group (ICBM Associates), Northrop Grumman, SDC, and Velocity Groups Weapons Systems.
Create and maintain Congressional funding and language track requiring extensive knowledge of the federal budget, authorization and appropriation processes
Also, help to create annual “white papers” to educate members of Congress on policy issues.
Monitor commercial and government news and information sources for new developments in world affairs and policy applicable to safeguarding the U.S. strategic position.
Devised and maintained congressional/media/DoD database through the use of various electronic, print, and other information resources. Coordinate weekly and quarterly meetings with U.S. Air Force customers.
